I am working for EFI more than 18 years, from the Netherlands office (Schiphol-Rijk) and part of the EPS team (EFI Productivity Software) as a TSS (Technical Sales Specialist).
As the EPS team we provide solutions to the Commercial and Packaging Printing market: with W2P and MIS/ERP solutions in the EMEA area.
As a TSS I give demonstrations (remote and on-site) in W2P (Digital Store Front), PACE MIS for Commercial Market, EFI Printflow Scheduling and Radius ERP for Packaging Market.
To do an excellent demo I believe that investigating the processes from prospects and customer is crucial. Printing & Packaging companies are facing new opportunities and new challenges in the fast changing world. To help our customers and prospects with this it is my responsibility to give them answers by demonstrating this with the EFI productivity Software and advise with improved processes. With Needs Analysis / Business Profiles I collect as much as possible information to provide the prospect with a good solution, show the areas of improvement and collect data for a ROI.
In my more than 15 years of experience in the role as TSS, SDM and Implementer I have visited hundreds of printing companies in the EMEA area and have build up a good knowledge and reputation in the Printing & Packaging market.
