Peter is meanwhile working over 20 years in vacuum Roll to Roll (R2R) coating related industries, like paper- and plastic film-manufacturing, as well as machine building industry. His functional experience includes Project- and Program Management in Operations & Service, Product Lifecycle, Sales, Marketing for high vacuum R2R coating systems. He’s actual working as Global Product Manager (for i.a. Electron Beam WEB Coaters and advanced flexible packaging applications) in Applied Materials’ Flexible Technology Group at Applied’s Technology Center in Alzenau, Germany, since January 2014.
Peter Olbrich studied mechanical engineering at University of Applied Sciences, Giessen, Germany and re¬ceived his degree in 1994.
