CURRICULUM VITAE
Dr. Jörg-Peter Langhammer, born in 1959, is food chemist and holds a PhD in chemistry of the university of Bonn.
He joined Siegwerk in 1989. During his professional career within Siegwerk he assumed responsibilities for product safety, environmental affairs, engineering and maintenance, occupational, plant and fire safety issues as well as for management systems. In his current position within Siegwerk as Vice President Global HSE and Sustainability he holds a worldwide responsibility for Product Safety and Operational HSE issues and is coordinating all Sustainability activities of Siegwerk.
Since more than 20 years he is involved in association affairs and served in various Committees and working groups both on national and European level. For a long time he served as chairman of the Technical Committee of the European Printing Ink Association (EuPIA) and only recently his regular 4 years term ended as chairman of the EuPIA Committee PIFOOD (Printing Inks for Food Packaging), where he was representing EuPIA's interests across the packaging chain.
