CURRICULUM VITAE
Prof. Dr. Carolin Hauser is a certified food chemists and holds a professorship for food chemistry at the Technical University Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
She completed her studies at Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen Nürnberg. Then she did her doctorate in the field of "Active packagings" and worked as scientific assistant and Business Development Manager at Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging in Freising and Kempten. After a Post-doc in Chile as well as a guest professorship at the chair for processing machines/processing technology at the Technical University Dresden, she changed to SIG Combibloc, one of the leading system provider for aseptic cardboard packagings. As responsible Senior Food Expert she was the contact partner for all questions around the packed product as well as the product development of foods.
She teaches the new degree programme "Management in the Organic Industry" at the Technical University Nürnberg in Neumarkt i. d. Oberpfalz.
